HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Contact our Customer Support Team by email: returns@mitronite.com to get a return authorization. Once you receive a return authorization, send the product(s) to the address below. Please make sure to include your original packing slip that came in your box.  This step is very important since it is the only way we can match the returned item to you.

How long does it take my return to be processed?
The time it takes a product to arrive back in our warehouse will depend on your location. Once it has arrived the return will be processed in 24-48 hours.

Can I exchange a product if I’m not happy with the results?
Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the results of any product you buy from us you can send it back to us for an exchange, store credit or refund of the full product price.  

Are there any products I can’t return?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of research samples and products purchased on gift cards.
